Doraemon is a manga series. Written and illustrated by Fujiko Fujio. This series is also a successful anime series.

This story is about a robot cat Doraemon who travels around the world with his friend Nobita.

The story starts with Doraemon who travels back from the 22nd century to fix a boy's problem named Nobita Nobi.

Who is Doraemon?

Doraemon is a cat robot made in the future and comes to aid Nobita's troubled life. Doraemon is caring and cares about Nobita and his family, also his friend. His gadgets are always helpful to everyone but sometimes cause trouble with their excessive use. His small pocket is full of magical gadgets that are shown scientifically proven true but are not so true. Doraemon likes a real cat named Mi-chan. He is always busy impressing her like Nobita does to Shizuka. In this TV series, he is the main character who brings many adventures to Nobita's life.

 Nobita,

Nobita lives with Doraemon and with his mother Tabbako and father  Nobi. Nobita is not so smart in their studies and is physically weak .who always gets into trouble and comes crying to Doraemon. He is always beaten up with Gian , jealous of Suneo's richness . And in love with Shizuka. Doraemon's gadget is always useful to him in every trouble and aid to jealousy of Suneo and to impress Shizuka.
Shizuka,

Shizuka is a friend (crush) of Nobita. She is a pretty and intelligent girl.
Gian,

Gian is also a friend (frienemy) of Nobita. He is a strong boy .Always showing his power.

 

Suneo,

Suneo is also a friend of Nobita and best friend of Gian. He is a rich boy of a rich family.Who always likes to showoff.

 
 Hidetoshi, 

 Hidetoshi is a smart and intelligent boy. One of the friends of Nobita. 

  

Doraemon is getting very famous all over the world. Doraemon has an end one day but because of the FAME he is getting the end is not properly shown to the viewers. Fans will be disappointed to
